Shawn Manesh is the Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of Acceliot Inc. He has over three decades of expertise in scaling high-growth enterprises across technology sectors including telecom, voice-over-IP (VoIP), voice-over-frame relay (VoFR), broadband wireless, radio frequency identification (RFID), and the Internet of Things (IoT). With a proven track record of steering companies to achieve record growth and market share, Shawn applies time-tested management approaches to the strategic oversight of Acceliot.


Under Shawn’s leadership, Acceliot has emerged as a hub of RFID asset tracking and IoT supply chain innovation. The Acceliot team has deployed and managed some of the most innovative asset-tracking solutions ever developed across some of the most dynamic industry sectors.

Before co-founding Acceliot, Shawn served as the Senior Vice President of Mojix, Inc., where he played a pivotal role in elevating the company to prominence as a trailblazer in business analytics and asset tracking intelligence. He has managed teams responsible for some of the largest RFID and IoT implementations for Fortune 500 customers around the world.


Shawn’s entrepreneurial journey spans successful ventures from conception and seed funding through multiple rounds of venture capital and strategic investments. He has a history of leadership in product delivery, global distribution, and steering companies towards successful IPOs and M&A exits. His tenure at ACT Networks saw him orchestrate strategic initiatives that propelled the company through a successful IPO, secondary offering, and eventual exit, with a market cap nearing half a billion dollars US.


Shawn holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from California State University, Northridge (CSUN).
Shawn is a fervent advocate for entrepreneurship and youth career development. He has served as a public speaker and mentor, empowering aspiring entrepreneurs to chart their paths to success in the dynamic world of technology and business.
