WHAT INFORMATION DOES ACCELIOT COLLECT?

All information collected from customers enables the personalization and improvement of our products and services. The following types of information is collected from our customers.

Personal Information You Provide to Us:
Acceliot may receive and store any information you enter on our website or in connection with any of our products and services or information you provide to us in any other way. Acceliot may receive and store Services Data in connection with your use of Acceliot software or in connection with providing you with services. This information may be collected automatically by Acceliot or may be submitted by you to Acceliot.

Aggregate Data

Acceliot may store non-personally identifiable data, calculated data such as averages, counts, and other statistics based on user usage, submitted Services Data, and the like (“Aggregate Data”). Aggregate data does not include any identifiable information on any one specific user.

What About Cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers than may be transferred by us to your computer’s hard drive through your browser. Cookies enable our systems to identify your browser and allow us to identify how and when pages in our site and on our service are visited and by how many people. Acceliot cookies do not collect Personal Information, and the general information that is collected through cookies does not get combined with other Personal Information to tell us who you are or to identify your screen name or email address. Acceliot can allow you to access certain information about you for viewing purposes, and to update that information in certain circumstances. As our website changes, the types of information you can access and update will change.

WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

As mentioned previously, you always have the option to opt not to disclose information to Acceliot, even though it might be required to access services or take advantage or some Acceliot offers. You may request the deletion of your Acceliot account by sending an email to info@acceliot.com and responding affirmatively to any confirmation emails that we may send.  Please note that some information may remain in our records after deletion of your account.If you do not wish to receive email or other mail from us, please notify us by email at info@acceliot.com, and provide sufficient information for us to identify your account. If you do not want to receive legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Policy, please note that these legal notices will still govern your use of the Acceliot website and services, and you are responsible for reviewing these legal notices for any updates or alterations. As mentioned above, most browsers allow the user to monitor and restrict our use of cookies. Acceliot reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy atany time. The use of information we gather now is subject to the Privacy Policy in place at the time of use of such information. If any alterations are made to the way we use Personal Information or Services Data, you will receive a notification from us either by an announcement on our website or through an email. Any information you provide to us after this Privacy Policy has been changed, including access or use of the Acceliot website, or the use of any Acceliot software or services, will indicate your unconditional consent and agreement to all amendments made to the Privacy Policy. The most current version of the Privacy Policy will always be available on the website and will supersede any previous versions.

Our Policy Toward Children

Acceliot’s Services are not directed to any person under the age of 13. Please contact us using the details below if you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your permission. We do not knowingly collect the personal information of any persons under the age of 13. If we become aware personal information has been given to use by a child under the age of 13, we will take action to delete such information using the process described in this notice.
