Michael Morey
Vice President of Advanced Logistics
Michael Morey serves as the Vice President of Advanced Logistics Solutions at Acceliot, Inc., a role he has held since 2021. With a rich background spanning more than 25 years in the shipping, logistics, and supply chain sectors, Michael brings deep domain expertise in cargo operations, business process optimization and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Michael leads the logistics business unit, steering business development and the implementation of logistic solutions for clients. Drawing on a 15-year career at Air Canada Cargo, his leadership is pivotal in advancing the company’s strategic initiatives in the cargo and supply chain sectors.

Before joining Acceliot, Michael was the Vice President of Cargo Solutions at Cargocast Inc. There, he played a key role in the development and promotion of innovative service offerings that integrated real-time IoT location tracking with comprehensive warehouse and transportation management systems.
Previously, served as the Director of Advanced Cargo Solutions at Franwell, Inc., where he spearheaded strategic projects to deploy cutting-edge logistics solutions. These initiatives utilized RFID and Real-Time Locating Systems (RTLS) to improve visibility across the air cargo supply chain. Michael’s extensive experience includes a 15-year tenure at Air Cargo Canada, during which he served in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility. He led efforts in standardizing procedures, enhancing safety, implementing dangerous goods protocols, and ensuring security and customs compliance, collaborating with some of the largest logistics operations around the world.
Michael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University (NYU). In addition, he has served the cargo industry on boards and workgroups within the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and other leading industry groups and standards organizations.
